Meghan Malloy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who brings a deep passion for adolescent and family healing to her work at the Arrow House. She holds a B.S. in Psychology and earned her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University, where she also served as an adjunct professor teaching "Identity and the Self," a course exploring sociological, psychological, and philosophical perspectives on self-concept.

Prior to joining the Arrow House, Meghan worked in private practice with teens, couples, and families, developing a specialty in supporting adolescent girls and young women through anxiety, depression, and identity development. She is trained in Emotion-Focused Therapy and grounded in a humanistic, client-centered approach. Her earlier work also includes founding a private tutoring business that supported students with mental health challenges impacting academic success.

Meghan’s personal experience fuels her compassionate approach. She knows firsthand the impact of effective support and now seeks to be the kind of therapist she once needed. Her commitment to collaborative care drew her to the Arrow House, where she values the depth and strength of the clinical team. Facilitating multi-family group therapy has become a particularly meaningful part of her work, creating space for shared insight, healing, and connection.

For Meghan, success means staying open to growth, even through setbacks. Her message to teens and families entering treatment is to lean into the team here at the Arrow House. Healing happens when we’re open to feedback, change, and the unexpected insights that come from working together.
