JenBioPic

Jennifer Jimenez is a dedicated Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in pediatric care. She has spent her career supporting the health and well-being of children and adolescents. Since joining the Arrow House, Jennifer has brought warmth, knowledge, and compassion to her role, helping teens and families feel safe and supported from the very start.

Drawn to the Arrow House by her passion for helping youth in crisis, Jennifer finds it especially rewarding to be the first point of contact during admissions, offering guidance, reassurance, and a clear sense of what to expect. For her, the most meaningful moments come when former residents reach out or return with updates on their continued success.

As a mother of two and grandmother of three, Jennifer has always had a deep love for kids and a strong belief in their potential. She defines success as an inner sense of accomplishment and encourages families to remember that recovery is possible. She wants families to understand that this journey takes courage, and that families are not alone in the process, we are here to walk this road with them.

To Jennifer, the Arrow House is a place of dedication, care, and unwavering support—an amazing community built to help young people thrive.
