Daniel Dewey, BA | Lead Educator

Daniel has been part of the Visions and Arrow House community since 2002, holding roles from program aide to office assistant before stepping fully into education. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Cal State LA, an associate’s degree from Pasadena City College, and completed his teaching credentials through Cal State Northridge and Azusa Pacific University.

Daniel is an educator with a deep passion for helping teens rediscover a love of learning. With decades of experience in education, including special education and work with at-risk youth, Daniel brings creativity, patience, and a student-centered approach to his role at the Arrow House.

What inspires Daniel most is seeing a once-discouraged student begin to believe in themselves again. Daniel brings presence, a sense of calm, and the strong ability to connect with students who’ve struggled in traditional school settings.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys hiking, playing baseball with his son, and hosting backyard BBQs with family.
