EhsanBioPic

Ehsan Ebrahim serves as Program Director and Group Home Administrator at the Arrow House, bringing over a decade of experience in adolescent treatment and program leadership. Ehsan has been part of the Arrow House since its earliest days, helping shape the foundation of its mission and care model. Prior to this, he spent ten years developing and overseeing inpatient and extended care programs at Visions Adolescent Treatment Center, where he cultivated a deep understanding of the complexities and transformative potential of adolescent recovery.

Ehsan’s journey into the behavioral health field was shaped by a strong belief that adolescence is one of the most critical and vulnerable stages in life. He knows first hand that a strong support system and one caring adult can make a world of difference. What drew him to the Arrow House was the opportunity to intervene early, to help teens rewrite their stories before destructive patterns become lifelong cycles. His greatest motivation comes from witnessing growth in teens, the moment when a young person moves from guarded and resistant to open and engaged.

Ehsan brings resilience, honesty, and non-judgment into every interaction. He believes that success is progress over perfection, measured not by avoiding mistakes, but by learning and growing from them. Whether it’s a teen using a coping skill for the first time or taking ownership of their actions, these small moments mark meaningful steps forward.

His advice to new families is that healing doesn’t happen overnight, and that’s okay. Trust the process, show up even when it’s hard, and remember that your story isn’t over - it’s just beginning. Outside of work, Ehsan enjoys walking in nature, playing soccer, and practicing meditation, all of which help him stay present, recharged, and ready to lead with compassion.
