RachelBioPic

Rachel Rogers brings both personal experience and professional dedication to her role as Admissions Coordinator at the Arrow House. With a background as an elementary school teacher for eight years, Rachel holds a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and has always been passionate about working with children and adolescents. Her career path has since expanded to include group facilitation and case management in adult recovery, and she is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

Rachel’s commitment to early intervention and emotional wellness is deeply personal. Having been the support person for those facing mental health and addiction challenges in adolescence, and navigating her own recovery journey, Rachel understands the ripple effect these experiences can have on individuals and families. In her role, Rachel offers not only guidance and support to families navigating the admissions process, but also a sense of hope. She is continually inspired by the individualized care each client receives at the Arrow House and is honored to be part of a team so deeply committed to healing and transformation.
