Bri Johnson, ACSW | Family Therapist
Bri Johnson is an Associate Clinical Social Worker and Family Therapist at the Arrow House, combining professional expertise with personal insight to support families in recovery. She earned her B.A. and M.S.W. from California Baptist University and holds a Pupil Personnel Services Credential in Child Welfare & Attendance and School Social Work from Azusa Pacific University.
Bri’s background includes work as a school social worker and therapist in both educational and clinical settings. Her areas of focus include trauma, addiction, depression, and anxiety, which reflect not only her training but also her lived experience. Having navigated her own mental health and family challenges as a teen, Bri is passionate about creating a safe, honest space where young people feel understood and supported.
She finds meaning in witnessing her clients’ growth, especially during milestones like program graduations, which remind her of the power of community and compassion in healing. Guided by integrity, humor, and a strengths-based approach, Bri believes success is found in progress, not perfection.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, playing piano, spending time with her dog and family, and exploring national parks. Bri describes the Arrow House as unique, collaborative, client-centered, and tailored, a place where real transformation begins.
