Celeste Hayes, LCSW | Individual Therapist

CelesteBioPic

Celeste Hayes is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, dedicated to supporting adolescents and individuals through the often complex terrain of emotional healing and personal growth. Celeste began her career working in inpatient psychiatric care, where she was frequently placed on the adolescent unit—a setting she quickly grew to love. That experience sparked a passion for working with teens, appreciating both the challenges and the deep rewards of connecting with them, guiding their self-discovery, and holding space for growth. After her time in inpatient care, Celeste spent a year in medical social work with hospice care, before transitioning to residential treatment for teens.

Celeste believes that success looks different for everyone, but generally includes finding comfort in discomfort, achieving meaningful goals, growing as a person, and maintaining balance—even when life feels chaotic. Her therapeutic advice often compares emotional recovery and behavior change to working out: it takes consistent effort, showing up regularly for yourself and your loved ones, and gradually building resilience through deeper emotional work.

Outside of the therapy room, Celeste enjoys reading, relaxing with her two cats, spending time with loved ones, being in nature, taking walks, and unwinding with comfort shows and a little reality TV.
