Rachel NeSmith is a LVN specializing in psychiatry, mental health, and eating disorders. Driven to expand her knowledge, she stepped into the substance use field to better support the complex needs of the adolescents she serves.

Rachel finds her work most rewarding when witnessing each client’s progression and personal journey. She deeply understands the importance of trust, presence, and compassion in her role, as she personally knows how vulnerable mental health challenges can be as a teenager. 

Rachel brings a deep sense of empathy and understanding to her work. She defines success as finding happiness and fulfillment, and encourages those she works with to zoom out and see the bigger picture during difficult moments. Rachel knows that The Arrow House can be a challenging place, and at the heart of it all, there can be real transformation.
