Spencer Bowen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She is passionate about helping others create meaningful change. As the Clinical Liaison, she draws daily motivation from the compassion of our team and the powerful success stories shared by alumni, reminders of the impact behind the work she does.

Spencer views success as a journey, taken one day at a time. To her, The Arrow House is a place driven by passion and determination, where real paths to sobriety are built. Outside of work, she enjoys working out, spending time in nature, and listening to podcasts.
