Wes Cruz serves as our Operations Director at the Arrow House, offering steady support to both Community Mentors and residents. Before joining the Arrow House, Wes spent seven years with Visions, where he honed his passion for working with adolescents in treatment. After taking time away to focus on his young children, Wes felt a strong pull to return to the field, answering a call to once again support teens and families on their healing journey.
